"Really good people that care about their service (IMHO). I have been there multiple times and order a build your own with some particulars. They always have taken care of me. But I have also ordered via this app. And when I do, I have used the “notes” option to ask for my particulars. I use this app a lot and more often than not, if the place allows for notes, they usually miss them or mess them up. Poke Yana has ALWAYS payed attention to the notes and has ALWAYS (to date) got them right. And at this point if they ever do get them wrong, they would have to do so probably 5 or more times before I’d not give them a pass. Their ingredients have ALWAYS been fresh and tasty. I’m not a big fan of the tea. That’s my negative, but I see many ppl ordering it (not a big Asian tea fan, sorry) I have on many occasions paid the extra fee for long distance delivery because it’s always been worth it. Please pay this locally owned restaurant a visit as I think you’ll see they well deserve your local patronage as much for YOUR sake as theirs. I’m sure they have disappointed someone sometime. But I *do* imagine that if “they” brought a grievance to them, they probably tried to make it right, though I haven’t had to test that yet."
